I've heard a lot about "Santa Fe Light". These photos were shot during the "long shadow" time of day (afternoon in my case) near Santa Fe, NM. So, I wanted some kind of Indian name like, Carl "Long Shadows" Morrison, to indicate when I like to shoot photos. Since I can't fool anyone into thinking I'm Native American (well I am 1/8 Indian), you would believe I was a teenager in the 50s. So I selected the nickname, Big Daddy Long Shadows, for this set of Santa Fe Light photos of the Sandia-Manzano Mtns. and the 10,678 ft. Sandia Crest. (All HDR Enhanced photos.)
